Initial interview
During the initial interview, we are primarily interested in getting to know you. In an open discussion, we can best find out whether you are a good fit for us and whether we are a good fit for you. If this is the case, we will invite you to a further interview or a trial working day.
Recruitment & Onboarding
It's time to welcome you to our team. After we have discussed all the conditions with you, we will obtain the approval of our workers’ council and send you your employment contract. Once you have arrived with us, your team will familiarize you step by step with your new areas of activity and provide you with advice and support.
